We use the safest anesthetic medication combinations, and all of our gas anesthetic machines are equipped to provide the quickest recovery time possible, should your pet need it.
Our surgical suite features ventilation machines, high magnification capabilities for microsurgery, minimally invasive endoscopic surgery, specialized equipment for exotic animals, advanced monitoring and heating capability, as well as electrocautery and laser surgery.
Routine Surgeries We Provide:
- Most soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries (call for a consultation)
- Routine Ovariohysterectomies (Spay) of most mammals
- Routine Flank Ovariectomies or Ovariohysterectomies (a quicker and sometimes safer option for some patients with a faster recovery time when removal of the uterus is not required)
- Routine Neuters (Castration) of most mammals
- De-scenting of some species
- Microchipping
- Ovariectomies, ovariosalpingohysterectomies, and orchiectomies of reptiles and/or birds
- Dental prophylactics and surgery, including:
- Filing of Rabbit and Rodent teeth
- Dental Extraction and reconstructive gingival surgery when needed
- Prophylactic scaling and polishing of mammal and reptile teeth
- Pseudo-elodontoma removal and stent placement
- EMERGENCY SURGERIES AS NEEDED
