Sick Pets
Is your pet acting differently? They may be sick.
Our exotic pets are very good at hiding when they feel under the weather. Chances are, if you have noticed a change in your pet’s behavior, appetite, or attitude, they may actually be sicker than you think. We recommend calling at the first signs of any changes to schedule an appointment. Depending on the signs that you describe, we may advise you to be seen as an urgent care or emergency appointment.
Any active bleeding, seizing, non-responsive pet or one that is unable to pass urine or stool or is in respiratory distress is a medical emergency.
